Alltourage announces collaborative partnership with BCHA as an official allied member to support hiring needs
Fostering solutions to the workforce crisis and labour shortage is among one of our major focuses at Alltourage and we are excited to announced that we've partnered with the British Columbia Hotel Association (BCHA) as an official allied member to help support the recruitment efforts for the tourism and hospitality industry in our province.
At Alltourage, our mission is to accelerate the hiring process for companies by leveraging their own ecosystems in an easy-to-use referral platform, allowing employees to tap into their own networks, send referrals, and be rewarded. Our platform accelerates the rate at which it typically takes HR to receive high-quality leads by sharing opportunities directly with those in the workplace ecosystem, capitalizing on the number one and fastest form of communication today— SMS (or text) messaging.
We believe our partnership with BCHA will help support association members with filling current talent gaps in their communities, accelerate their hiring needs, save time on volume hiring and allow access to a greater pool of vetted candidates in order to find the next best talent.
Our team has met with BCHA and understand the demands of current HR leaders so we're committed to working together to deepen and diversifying the hiring journey to find, retain and engage a new generation of talent.
